General Contracting Procedure

The contracting procedure can only be carried out in English. If it can be carried out in another language, this will be indicated before starting the contracting process. In order for the contract to purchase products in our store to be valid, the information provided by the user to place the order must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may lead to the termination of the contract with Alberto Sierra.

Purchase Validation

Once the purchase is made, [Company] will send the user an order confirmation via email. If the customer disagrees with the information provided in that confirmation, they may request a modification of the details or cancellation of the order. In any case, the communication regarding cancellation or modification must be made within seven business days from the order confirmation, via the email address contact@retroboxvt-as.com, and only if the order has not been shipped.

Prices

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in Europe. However, according to the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to this tax based on the buyer’s country of residence and the condition in which they act (business/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may be altered compared to what is displayed on the website. An invoice will be issued with the shipment, which will be accessible and downloadable from the user account, in addition to being sent in PDF format in the shipment confirmation email.

Validity of Prices and Offers

The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are displayed and can be viewed through the website. Users are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of formalization.

Payment Methods

The user/buyer agrees to pay for the products purchased from Alberto Sierra using the accepted payment methods and for any additional amount (including taxes). Alberto Sierra accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards.
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer. This payment method does not confirm the order until the amount is received in our account. Once the purchase is made, a confirmation of the transaction will be sent to the indicated email address, which will serve as proof of the operation “Proof of Transaction,” along with a link to these general purchasing conditions, as well as the return policy. The confirmation of the transaction and its proof will not be valid as an invoice, which will be sent when the order is shipped.

Delivery Conditions

All items in our store indicate availability or lack of stock when selecting their attributes. If all items in the order are in stock and if the order is confirmed and paid before 14:00 hours, we will do our best to ship that same day. It will be delivered within 48/72 working hours from when we confirm that it has been shipped. If the order is confirmed after 14:00, it will be shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will always inform you of the estimated date provided by each supplier and to which we commit. In case of any issues with delivery times, customer service will inform you, always providing the best solution for the customer and the option to cancel the order if desired.

Cancellations, Returns, and Withdrawal

Order Cancellation

An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, an email must be sent to contact@retroboxvt-as.com providing the order reference that you wish to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.

Returns and Commercial Withdrawal. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is the consumer’s right to return a good to the merchant within a legal period, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty. According to the regulations, the consumer and user have the right to withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Alberto Sierra is not responsible for the effects that the use of ballet toe pads may cause if they are necessary. To avoid errors in trying on pointe shoes, it is important that you bring the pads or prosthetics you are using at that moment. Pointe shoes may be unusable if you change the pad or prosthetic with which you tried them on.

Due to the nature of the products, no support or assistance service is included for their use; Alberto Sierra is exempt from the responsibility to provide that service, although we always try to support any questions as much as possible. Alberto Sierra assumes no liability arising from the misuse of products purchased on our site, and more specifically, Alberto Sierra is exempt from all responsibility for any personal or other type of risk or loss that may occur as a direct or indirect consequence of the misuse of any product purchased on this website. This does not apply to any defect or fault of the product from the manufacturer, in which case Alberto Sierra is obligated to rectify the issue by refunding the amount or sending a new product. Alberto Sierra assumes no responsibility regarding the purchasing decision of any of the products purchased, as that determination is entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the customer.

After-Sales Service and Guarantees

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not have an after-sales service as such, although we try to resolve all your queries. All products come with a legal warranty of two years. In case of defect or fault, the full amount paid will be refunded.
